Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Fashion Merchandiser. The Fashion Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product development, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Daily tasks include market research to identify trends, creating and managing product assortments, liaising with suppliers and buyers, sample developments, production coordination, embroidery creation and ensuring quality control standards are met. Qualifications Knowledge in market research, trend analysis, and product development Effective communication and negotiation skills for communicating with suppliers and buyers Experience in quality control and inventory management Organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in merchandising software and tools: Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Drafting Emails Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field Previous experience in the fashion industry of min 8 to 10 years Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Knowledge of Woven fabrics as well as embroidery techniques.
