Role & responsibilities Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare staff, explaining product benefits, usage, dosage, and precautions. Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers to enhance product trust and brand loyalty. Schedule and conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies within an assigned territory to ensure consistent communication and product awareness. Provide educational sessions, presentations, and demonstrations about medical products during visits or medical events. Achieve sales targets set by company management and report daily or weekly progress updates to supervisors. Gather market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences to aid business planning. Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Preferred candidate profile : Any Bachelor with good communication skills and willing to work in field
