Job Summary: We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to oversee all front office operations and ensure exceptional guest or client service. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and able to manage a team while creating a welcoming and professional environment at the reception area. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily front desk operations and staff (receptionists, concierge, etc.) Greet and assist visitors, clients, or guests with professionalism and courtesy Manage check-in/check-out processes (in hospitality setups) Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages and route them appropriately Maintain a neat and organized reception area Train and schedule front desk personnel Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly Maintain records, appointment logs, and visitor logs Coordinate with housekeeping, security, HR, and other departments as needed Manage inventory of front desk supplies and requisitions Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred) Proven experience in front desk or customer-facing roles Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of front desk software (e.g., hotel PMS, CRM) Professional appearance and attitude Leadership and staff management abilities
