Were seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Video Editor (Promo) to craft engaging and immersive short-form content for our brand. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping storytelling through cuts, visuals, and sound that resonate across platforms. A solid understanding of editing for performance marketing (Meta ads) is a major plus. Key Responsibilities Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Micro-dramas) with strong narrative and visual flow Cut and assemble engaging ads for platforms like Facebook and Instagram (Meta) Integrate b-rolls and licensed/royalty-free music to elevate emotional impact Ensure proper pacing, rhythm, and story arc within tight durations Apply text overlays, subtitles, and transitions that align with platform trends Collaborate with scriptwriters, designers, and motion graphics artists Organise and maintain project files and version control What You Bring 2+ years of editing experience in digital content (short-form preferred) Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, aesthetic polish, and versatility Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro , Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Understanding of audio mixing, music timing, and sound layering Knowledge of Meta Ads formats and creative guidelines Eye for detail and ability to work on tight timelines Team player with solid communication and feedback incorporation skills. English and Hindi language proficiency. Nice to Have Experience editing vertical content for creators or platforms Understanding of content marketing goals and ad performance optimisation Familiarity with subtitle styling and sync tools
