We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their accounting career and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Maintain and update financial records in the accounting system Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information Verify and reconcile bank statements Help ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant or Finance Manager Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Experience: Accounting: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
