Ensure cars are cleaned within the given time and meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness of the workplace and cleaning equipment. Report any vehicle damages or issues noticed during cleaning. Deliver excellent customer service with polite and professional behavior.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, happy customers, and high performance every day. Responsibilities: Drive daily & monthly sales targets (PPF, Coating, Sunfilm, etc.) Manage end-to-end studio operations hassle-free. Handle customer interactions & upselling. Supervise the team and ensure timely job completion. Maintain stock & studio discipline. Generate daily reports and ensure billing accuracy. Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in automotive / retail / service industry. Strong sales, communication & leadership skills. Passion for cars & detailing is an added advantage.
