The Line Supervisor – Poultry Integration is responsible for supervising day-to-day farm and integration operations, ensuring proper bird management, feed utilization, and adherence to biosecurity and quality standards. This role involves coordinating with farm workers, monitoring bird health and performance, and ensuring smooth execution of integration plans Responsibilities Supervise poultry integration operations across assigned farms. Ensure timely supply and utilization of feed, medicine, and vaccines. Monitor bird growth, health, and mortality; take corrective actions when needed. Implement and enforce biosecurity, hygiene, and safety protocols at farm level. Guide and train farm workers on standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain accurate records of feed consumption, mortality, vaccination, and performance data. Ensure integration targets (FCR, mortality, weight gain, etc.) are met as per company standards. Skill 2–5 years of experience in poultry integration or farm supervision (broilers). Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise farm workers. Good record-keeping and reporting skills. Compensation: Salary as per market standards, along with Travel Allowance (TA) and Dearness Allowance (DA) .
