We are looking for a proactive and responsible Production & Manufacturing Trainee to support our product development and production coordination processes. This role is ideal for fresh diploma/engineering graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in supply chain coordination, vendor management, and product assembly. The trainee will play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of materials from procurement to final assembly and testing. Key Responsibilities: Procurement & Logistics: Source and collect raw materials from local suppliers and shops as per the BOM Maintain proper documentation and inventory records for all materials collected Vendor Coordination: Deliver raw materials to external vendors for manufacturing Track job orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of finished parts Coordinate with vendors for quality issues, rework, or clarifications Quality Inspection & Process Flow: Perform initial quality checks on received components as per design/specification Coordinate movement of parts to the next stage of the process (machining, coating, fabrication, etc.) Maintain process flow tracking sheets and report daily progress Assembly & Testing Support: Assist in mechanical/electrical assembly of components Help in final product testing and troubleshooting under supervision Office & Admin Support: Handle routine office purchases (stationery, hardware tools, consumables, etc.) Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements, purchase planning, and dispatch
