Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef located in Thane. The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing a variety of food items, ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include menu creation, food preparation and presentation, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and managing kitchen staff. The Chef will also be involved in inventory management and sourcing fresh ingredients. Qualifications Proficiency in culinary arts, food preparation, and presentation skills Ability to develop creative and diverse menu options Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards Experience in managing kitchen staff and operations Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus
