Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales efforts within the assigned region by developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets. They will build and maintain relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service. The role also involves preparing sales reports, forecasting sales performance, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement promotional activities. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management Strong knowledge of chromatography and related scientific fields Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team Analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field is preferred Experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or environmental industries is a plus Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
