About the job: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at VinnovateLabz. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. 2. Manage social media platforms and create engaging content for our target audience. 3. Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings. 4. Design eye-catching graphics and visuals using Canva for marketing campaigns. 5. Update and maintain the company website using WordPress. 6. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners. 7. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvements. 8. Plan, schedule, and execute content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, and other platforms to build brand awareness and engagement. 9. Run targeted paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta, continuously optimizing for reach, conversions, and ROI. 10. Perform keyword research, improve website SEO (on-page and off-page), and boost organic visibility using Google Search Console and SEO tools. 11. Write blogs, website copy, and email content aligned with SEO best practices and brand messaging. 12. Develop and execute email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, nurturing leads and tracking open/conversion rates. 13. Build B2B lead funnels using organic content, outreach strategies, landing pages, and paid media. 14. Monitor and report performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad dashboards to guide improvements. 15. Work on Canva Pro to produce creative assets reels, banners, carousels that align with campaign goals. 16. Share insights on user behavior, conversion paths, and layout suggestions to improve overall website and landing page experiences. 17. Coordinate with frontend developers to ensure websites are optimized for performance, responsive design, SEO, and marketing objectives. 18. Act as a point of contact for clients presenting reports, collecting briefs, managing expectations, and aligning marketing goals with deliverables. 19. Plan and execute 360-degree campaigns for service launches and events, integrating SEO, social media, and paid ads. 20. Work with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and content writers to align on goals and deliverables. 21. Plan and coordinate product, team, or event shoots including scripting, shot planning, basic camera work, and directing content for social media use.
