Responsibilities: * Manage online sales on marketplaces & Shopify * Collaborate with marketing team for promotions * Optimize product listings & pricing strategies * Monitor inventory levels & shipping logistics

Main Responsibility- As E-commerce executive - marketplaces candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our brand's presence on Amazon Flipkart etc. Product Listing and Inventory Management: Creating and optimizing product listings for both Amazon and Flipkart, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and adhere to platform guidelines. Managing product inventory levels across both platforms to prevent stockouts and overstocking. Monitoring competitor listings and pricing to stay competitive. Marketing and Advertising: Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales on both platforms. Managing advertising budgets and campaigns on Amazon Advertising and Flipkart Ads. Analyzing campaign performance and making adjustments as needed. Social media marketing proficiency Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Resolving customer issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction. Monitoring customer feedback and using it to improve product listings and overall customer experience. Order Fulfillment: Ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Managing returns and exchanges. Tracking and resolving any fulfillment issues. Additional Skills and Requirements: Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub is a plus.
