The Outreach Manager will be responsible for conducting and facilitating outreach events across the country to promote VMLS and attract prospective students. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to increase student enrollment. - Identify and target potential student markets and demographics. - Collaborate with the admissions team to align outreach efforts with enrollment goals. - Plan, organize, and execute outreach events such as open houses, school visits, college fairs, and informational sessions. - Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and staffing for events. - Utilize sales and marketing techniques to promote VMLS programs and increase admissions. - Develop marketing materials and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. - Establish and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders. - Communicate effectively with prospective students and their families, providing information and assistance throughout the admissions process. - Serve as a key point of contact for inquiries and follow-ups. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Arts, or related field (Masters degree preferred). - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in admissions, sales, or marketing. - Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a team. - Demonstrated success in planning and executing outreach events. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours. - Highly goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. As the Vice Dean at VMLS, Chennai, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration of the prestigious institution located in Thiruporur, Chennai. Reporting directly to the Dean, your role will be crucial in shaping the academic culture, operational efficiency, and strategic direction of the institution.
