Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our FMCG dairy products division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new market strategies, managing distribution channels, and ensuring strong brand presence in the market. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell dairy products to retailers, distributors, and institutions. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in assigned territories. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners. Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements to marketing strategies. Conduct market surveys, promotional campaigns, and in-store branding activities. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the management. Ensure timely collections and achieve sales targets. Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team for timely delivery.
