Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer Location: Sant Nagar, New Delhi-110065 Experience: [0–2 / 1–3 Years] Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description :- We are seeking a skilled and proactive Desktop Support Engineer to provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems efficiently, both on-site and remotely. Key Responsibilities :- Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support to users. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, and standard applications. Handle IT support tickets, resolve issues within defined SLAs, and escalate when required. Configure and troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi, basic TCP/IP, and network connectivity issues. Perform system upgrades, patches, antivirus updates, and data backups. Manage IT assets, maintain inventory records, and ensure proper documentation. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair, AMC, and replacements. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices. Support onboarding/offboarding activities (system setup, access, etc.). Required Skills & Qualifications :- Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, hardware troubleshooting. Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches). Experience with ticketing tools and remote support tools. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
