You will be responsible for developing Class A Surfaces from concept to production based on Sketch or Scan data. Your tasks will involve producing and providing production-level data sets, creating quality Interior and/or Exterior Surface Data using the Alias tool, and collaborating with Engineers to ensure high-level feasibility for Class A final tooling data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and provide support as required. Additionally, you will demonstrate Design Project Leadership by utilizing the Advance tool to meet client Project requirements. To excel in this role, you must have proficiency in Alias Surfacing, Class A Surface experience, and Automotive Design Studio Experience. You should possess a deep understanding of Theoretical Intersections, Curve relationships, Smoothing, and G3 - Curvature Continuous Curves. Moreover, you should have thorough knowledge in Highlights, Curve Analysis, Draft, and min Radius Tools, along with experience in GSD, FSS, and IDX workbenches. A strong grasp of Fit & Finish, Gaps, and Flushness is essential for this position. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt quickly to changes, and flexible with tight schedules.
