About Us: Vinara Infra LLP is a leading construction company specializing in warehouse and industrial construction projects. We take pride in delivering the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and quality. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Engineer to ensure that our projects consistently meet and exceed client expectations, regulatory standards, and internal quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) for projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, client specifications and relevant statutory codes. Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Quality Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various disciplines (Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP etc.). Conduct regular site inspections and audits (both internal & external) to verify whether work is proceeding as per approved drawings, specifications, standards and quality plans. Monitor material sampling, tests and approvals, ensuring that material quality conforms to required standards. Identify non-conformances and defects, initiate corrective / preventive actions, root cause analyses, and ensure closure. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants and clients regarding quality issues and ensure their corrective actions meet required standards. Maintain quality records: test certificates, inspection reports, calibration logs, non-conformance reports, traceability documents etc. Ensure that all quality documentation (drawings, specifications, reports) are properly reviewed, updated, approved and archived. Mentor and guide junior quality / QC engineers, site staff in quality practices, awareness of standards and best practices. Assist in risk assessment related to quality failures; suggest improvements in process, workmanship, materials and practices. Coordinate with safety, procurement, design, planning teams to align quality with other project requirements (cost, time, safety). Support the project team in achieving zero-defect handover Material testing (concrete, steel, soil, aggregates, etc.) Key Skills: QA/QC in Civil Construction Knowledge of IS codes, ASTM, BS Standards ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Material Testing (Concrete, Steel, Soil, Bitumen, etc.) Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, BOQ etc Familiarity with using inspection tools & testing equipment MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC reporting tools Documentation & Quality Audits MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), QA/QC Reporting Strong Communication and Team Coordination Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Masters is a plus Minimum 812 years of quality engineering / QA/QC experience in construction; with at least 35 years in senior or supervisory quality roles. large-scale projects preference will be given to those who've worked on similar scale.
