Company Description VIN FOODS is a specialized manufacturer and supplier providing comprehensive solutions for fried onions and garlic in various product forms. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Technologist based in Gondal, Rajkot, Gujarat. The Food Technologist will be responsible for conducting sensory evaluations, researching and developing food products, implementing food technology processes, and ensuring adherence to quality control standards. Additional daily tasks include conducting quality tests and collaborating with teams to develop innovative food solutions while maintaining product standards and safety regulations. Job Description: Implement and maintain QA protocols and SOPs, monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs), and ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations such as FSSC 22000, BRC, GMP and FSSAI Actively manage daily documentation work required for BRC certification Conduct quality audits as and when required Manage quality standards of production processes to ensure A grade quality product Document all phases of research and development processes and present findings to management teams Ensure compliance with safety, legal and quality standards Scale up the production process from trial through to full-scale manufacturing Actively participate in R&D process to develop new products Analyse food content, quality, and stability to ensure they meet consumer needs and shelf-life expectations Strong attention to detail, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Other miscellaneous required tasks to ensure flawless quality production Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Documentation is a must 1 year experience in food processing industry is required Practical knowledge of frying process is preferred / required Knowledge of dehydrated onions / garlics is preferred Note: -Candidate belonging to dehydration/fried onions background will be given preference. 📩 Send your CV to: info@vinfoods.com
