Role Description Oversee and manage daily production operations on the shop floor. Plan manpower, machines, and material flow to meet production targets. Ensure adherence to process parameters, work instructions, and quality standards. Coordinate with the Quality and Design teams for in-process checks and continuous improvement. Track production data, downtime, and output efficiency. Qualifications Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering . 2–5 years of experience in fabrication/welding/machining process. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
