Good in Project Planning Collaborating with architects, contractors, and project team to understand the project requirements and develop a comprehensive construction plan for Industrial Buildings, High raise Buildings, ware houses etc. Monitoring and supervising the construction activities on the site, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure the availability of resources and timely execution of tasks. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process. Implementing quality control measures to ensure that construction materials, techniques, and workmanship meet the specified standards. Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify compliance. Enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment. Conduct safety audits, provide safety training, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Tracking the progress of construction activities, review project timelines, and report updates to project stakeholders. Address any delays or issues that may impact the project schedule. Good in Documentation i.e. Maintaining accurate records of construction activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and site documentation. Prepare reports on project status, resource utilization, and any deviations from the original plan. Collaborating with architects and structural engineers to ensure the seamless integration of design elements into the construction process. Provide input and technical expertise to resolve design-related challenges. Monitoring project expenses, track material usage, and identify opportunities to optimize costs without compromising quality or safety Identifying and resolving construction-related issues, such as design conflicts, material shortages, or unforeseen site conditions. Propose and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track. Yard Operations Management: Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials in the yard. Ensure accurate inventory management and record-keeping. Maintain optimal yard layout for efficient material handling. Team Supervision: Lead and manage the yard staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning duties. Train employees on safety protocols and operational procedures. Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement. Safety and Compliance: Enforce adherence to safety regulations and use of PPE. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with environmental and legal standards. Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of yard equipment, including cranes etc. Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and servicing. Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to align yard activities with organizational goals. Address and resolve any operational challenges in the yard. Qualifications: Bachelors degree , Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in yard or warehouse management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office and SAP. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities: A. Yard Bending Operations: Supervise daily TMT bar bending machine operations as per order requirements. Manage contract labor assigned for bending operations through contractors. Ensure accuracy in bending dimensions , minimize rework, and maintain productivity. Coordinate with Production and Sales team for priority orders and bending timelines. Conduct regular checks on bending machine functioning and report any issues. B. Dispatch Operations: Execute daily dispatches as per sales orders and delivery schedules . Ensure proper loading , bundling, stacking, and securing of TMT bars to avoid transit damage. Prepare and verify all dispatch-related documents: Invoices Lorry Receipts (LR) Gate Passes Delivery Order (DO) verification Liaise with transporters to schedule trucks and track vehicle movement. Maintain finished goods stock and conduct daily/weekly physical stock audits . C. Team Coordination: Supervise contract laborers and loading team on the shop floor. Motivate and guide workers to maintain discipline and meet productivity targets. Assist in training laborers for correct handling, bundling, and safety practices. Coordinate with internal departments Production, Sales, Accounts, Quality – for seamless operations. D. Issue Resolution & Compliance: Address and resolve dispatch delays, bending errors, transporter issues , and customer complaints .
