The position of Architect Cloud & API Platform in the Insurance Domain is open for applications in Bangalore. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the architecture and development of a scalable, cloud-native platform for insurance agents, specifically focusing on modernizing service delivery and enhancing business performance, particularly through the design of PruForce, an agent productivity solution. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement a secure, scalable, cloud-native platform using Kubernetes, Docker, and Spring Boot (Kotlin/Java). - Take the lead in API architecture and schema design, utilizing OpenAPI and JSON Schema. - Develop event-driven integrations with technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, PubSub, or Artemis. - Collaborate on Salesforce FSC and core system integrations. - Document and update solution architectures, roadmaps, and best practices. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and performance in cloud deployments. Required Qualifications: - Minimum 8 years of experience as a technical architect or senior engineer. - Proficiency in Spring Boot (Java/Kotlin), API-first design, and OpenAPI specifications. - Strong background in cloud-native architecture, microservices, and container orchestration. - Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and optimization. - Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and pub/sub messaging technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, and PubSub. - Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of solution ownership.
