Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented intern to join our team as a CRM & Customer Engagement Intern. You will be the link between our sales team, customers, and digital platforms ensuring smooth communication, timely responses, and supporting the foundation of our e-commerce journey. Key Responsibilities Monitor our Cloud Connect CRM portal to track whether sales staff are attending customer calls and prepare daily activity reports. Oversee multiple customer WhatsApp groups to ensure all customer queries and orders are responded to promptly. Highlight any pending orders or missed messages and coordinate with sales staff for resolution. Support the setup of WhatsApp API features for our new e-commerce app, helping build a seamless customer communication system. Prepare simple reports (daily/weekly) on call activity, WhatsApp engagement, and pending follow-ups.
