What You ll Do Coordinate material inflow and manage raw material logistics Assist in daily production planning and monitor execution across shifts Oversee raw material handling through various machinery Ensure quality control standards are met during and after production Manage dispatch operations and maintain shipment accuracy Track and manage stock levels, helping to maintain real-time inventory accuracy What Were Looking For MBA graduates from reputable business schools with a minimum 80% academic score Strong interest in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or production planning A solid grasp of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data tracking) and PowerPoint (for reporting and updates) Comfort working in 12-hour shifts (either day or night) in a factory setting Basic knowledge of the steel industry or materials-based production Clear communication and coordination skills across departments A proactive mindset with a strong eye for problem-solving and operational accuracy Eagerness to learn on the job and take on leadership responsibilities over time Compensation Factors Relevant experience in steel or similar industries Technical skill in handling production planning software or tools Shift preference and flexibility (night shift availability is valued) Speed of learning and accuracy in real-time operational reporting
