HR Manager (23 Years Experience) Location: Kolkata (On-site) Compensation: 20,000–30,000 per month (2.4–3.6 LPA CTC) Employment Type: Full-time Reporting to: Senior Management Role Summary The HR Manager will serve as the primary liaison between senior management and employees to ensure smooth HR operations, timely resolution of queries, and strict adherence to statutory compliance. The role includes end-to-end HRMS administration (HrOne), accurate payroll inputs, CTC structuring, and management of the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & Coordination Act as the first point of contact for employees; track, escalate, and close matters with documented resolutions. Facilitate two-way communication between employees and senior management; maintain confidentiality and professionalism. HRMS (HrOne) Administration Oversee day-to-day HRMS operations: employee master data, attendance, leave, workflows, and approvals. Coordinate with HrOne support: log/track tickets, drive issue resolution, and implement minor process improvements. Payroll & CTC Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, LOP, reimbursements, variable pay). Structure and verify CTC break-ups; review payslips; coordinate with Finance for timely disbursal. Statutory Compliance Manage PF, ESI, PT, LWF (as applicable): enrolments, challans, monthly/quarterly returns, and inspections. Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation to support internal/external audits. Hiring & Onboarding Support Publish JDs, screen profiles, schedule interviews, coordinate offers, and complete joining formalities. Manage the employee lifecycle: confirmations, transfers, letters (offer/confirmation/increment/warning/relieving), exits, full-and-final settlements, and asset recovery. HR Reporting & Governance Publish monthly HR MIS (headcount, attendance/leave, attrition, open positions, HRMS ticket TAT). Ensure policy adherence and maintain accurate, audit-ready records. Requirements 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations/payroll/HRMS administration. Working knowledge of CTC structuring, PF, ESI, PT and related labour-law compliances. Prior exposure to HrOne (or similar HRMS) at an administrator level. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas). Strong communication, coordination, and follow-through; high standards of confidentiality and integrity. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
