Role & responsibilities Conduct technical evaluations and process improvement initiatives at customer sites. Lead cutting trials, tool selection, and performance optimization. Provide advanced pre-sales and post-sales support. Mentor junior engineers and support sales with technical documentation. Collaborate with design and R&D teams for custom solutions Preferred candidate profile B.E./Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in application engineering or tooling. Strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of cutting tools and CNC operations. Ability to manage customer relationships independently.
