Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, based in Durg. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing and analyzing accounting reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks include bookkeeping, managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and assisting with budget preparation and financial forecasting. The Accountant will also work closely with the finance team to support financial decision-making and strategic planning. Qualifications Proficiency in bookkeeping and managing accounts payable and receivable Experience in preparing accounting reports and financial analysis Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements Skills in budget preparation and financial forecasting Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work Excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
