Key Accountabilities Estimation & Costing Prepare cost estimates for castings, machining, tooling, and gauges based on customer drawings and specifications. Develop preliminary BOM (Bill of Materials) and process flow diagrams to support quotation accuracy. TFS (Technical Feasibility Study) Conduct Technical Feasibility Studies (TFS) as part of the estimation process. Collaboration & Customer Orientation Partner closely with application engineers, SCM, and finance teams to finalize quotations. Process Knowledge & Continuous Improvement Apply knowledge of casting, machining, and special processes to optimize cost competitiveness.
