As a Territory Sales Officer (P&G) based in Chittoor, your primary responsibility will be to manage a team and accompany sales executives on their designated routes. You will be required to visit stores and shops regularly to secure orders and ensure timely collections of pending cash. It is crucial for you to maintain consistent communication with the team to ensure they meet targets and effectively collect cash from shops. Incentives will be provided on a monthly basis for achieving set targets, motivating you to perform at your best. Monitoring daily sales targets versus achievements will be a key part of your role, enabling you to track progress and make necessary adjustments. This position is open to male candidates with 5-8 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
