Following up on inquiries that are made by patients through calls and emails Acquire good knowledge on services provided by Asha Neuromodulation clinic during training period to address questions during the calls to answer patient queries. Setting up face-to-face appointments between patients and doctors Updating and maintaining the data of calls and patients you interacted with Customer Relationship Management. Working closely with the marketing team and updating them about the patient interactions Submitting daily call and patient report to the respective managers Managing Online Appointments for doctors Follow up on marketing leads Skills: Excellent English, Hindi and Telugu communication skills Completion of Graduation or Diploma Proven experience call handling, email drafts creation, time management Analytical and Problem-solving skills
