Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager with strong ERP system expertise to oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procurement, inventory control, logistics, vendor management, and demand planning while leveraging ERP systems for efficiency, visibility, and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete supply chain process including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution. Utilize ERP systems to monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and manage procurement workflows. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and supplier performance. Collaborate with vendors and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms and ensure quality compliance. Forecast demand and align procurement and inventory levels accordingly using ERP demand planning modules. Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities, generate reports, and present performance metrics. Coordinate with production, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate order fulfillment. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, and implement contingency plans. Continuously improve supply chain processes through automation, optimization, and data analytics. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, with at least 3 years of hands-on ERP system experience. Strong knowledge of supply chain functions including procurement, inventory, transportation, and warehousing. Proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in global supply chain management. ERP implementation or process automation experience. Certification in supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent). Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
