Location: Multiple Cities - Pune, Islampur, Sambhajinagar, Solapur, Nashik Job Type: Full-time Vacancies: 8–10 Positions Experience Required: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong technical background are welcome) Joining: Immediate to 1 month Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic and passionate facilitators to deliver our structured Embedded Systems Training Program for engineering graduates across multiple locations. The program emphasizes hands-on learning, real-world problem-solving, and employability skills development. Facilitators will play a key role in guiding students through technical modules and fostering a self-learning culture. Key Responsibilities: Ø Deliver training sessions as per structured curriculum (C, microcontrollers, peripherals, protocols, etc.) Ø Support project-based learning and mentor students through practical challenges Ø Foster a growth mindset and encourage collaborative learning Ø Track student progress and provide constructive feedback Ø Coordinate with central team to ensure uniform delivery across locations Ø Maintain session records, attendance, and assessment data Required Skills & Qualifications: Ø B.E./B.Tech in ECE/EEE or related streams Ø Strong foundation in Embedded C, microcontrollers (e.g., ARM, AVR), and peripheral interfaces Ø Passion for teaching/training and mentoring young engineers Ø Good communication and interpersonal skills Ø Willingness to travel or relocate if required Ø Knowledge of tools like Keil, Code Composer Studio etc., is a plus What We Offer: Ø Opportunity to be part of a mission-driven skilling initiative Ø Training and onboarding support before deployment Ø Professional development and upskilling Ø Collaborative work environment with a focus on impact Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9422083287 Expected Start Date: 15/08/2025
