Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Sirmaur for an Executive Officer. The Executive & Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, developing and implementing company policies, managing budgets and financial plans, and coordinating with various departments to achieve strategic objectives. The role involves strategic planning, decision-making, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Proficiency in financial planning and budget management Experience in developing and implementing company policies Knowledge of regulatory compliance and standards in the pharmaceutical industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Sirmaur Bachelor's degree in related field Previous experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus Strong knowledge on HPLC, Disso & other instruments
