JOB SUMMARY We are seeking motivated and passionate Business Development Associates (BDA) to guide students in choosing the right skill-based courses. The BDA will engage with aspiring learners, understand their career goals, and assist them in enrolling in our wide range of technical, creative, and business-oriented programs. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Understand &clearly explain the courses offered (Technical, Business & Creative programs).  Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, professional networking channels.  Counsel students based on their career aspirations and recommend the suitable courses.  Maintain accurate and updated records of all student interactions and enrolments.  Assist students through the complete enrolment process, ensuring a smooth experience.  Collaborate closely with the Placement Team to support job opportunities for students.  Participate in career counselling sessions, webinars, and workshops to engage learners.  Gather and share feedback to continually enhance the learner experience. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate. Skills: Excellent communication, passion for education and helping students, empathetic and resourceful. Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome.
