As a Video Creator at The Hype Capital, your main responsibilities will include: - Ideating, recording, and creating videos for the company and clients" social media accounts - Collaborating with team members to understand client requirements and independently turning thoughts and ideas into compelling videos - Brainstorming video ideas with the team - Learning new trends and software required for work - Suggesting ideas for improving content for all the brands we work with - Editing and assembling raw footage into cohesive, visually appealing videos To be a good fit for this role, you should: - Love creating social media videos, as they differ from traditional cinematographic content - Be street smart and adept at handling tricky situations - Enjoy being both in front of and behind the camera - Have impeccable attention to detail - Have a desire to learn, grow, and create magic with videos Please refrain from applying if you: - Require constant guidance and cannot think critically - Lack motivation - Have issues with punctuality - Fail to learn from your mistakes - Possess a fixed mindset - Engage in toxic behavior or are disrespectful towards colleagues - Complain excessively - Are unwilling to work on weekends or odd hours The Hype Capital offers: - A no-limit, no-questions-asked leave policy as long as work is completed - A supportive team that encourages experimentation and new ideas - Opportunities for both the team and the company to grow This position is located in Santacruz West, Mumbai, and is an ONSITE HYBRID role, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, with potential shoot locations on other days.
