What You’ll Do

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, testimonials, expert talks, lifestyle snippets)
• Work closely with our doctors, nutritionists, and service team to bring stories and tips to life
• Create Instagram-native edits: punchy hooks, subtitles, emotional pacing, crisp B-rolls
• Use clinic space and natural elements creatively — convert “clinical” into “inspiring”
• Repurpose longer videos into reels, stories, thumbnails, and campaign assets
• Ensure visual consistency and content relevance to women’s health and wellness

We Want Someone Who…

• Understands what works on Instagram Reels in 2025 — sound selection, pacing, captions, cover designs
• Has hands-on experience in shooting with DSLR/Mirrorless/High-end phone setups
• Can edit confidently in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, or Final Cut Pro, with smooth transitions, text overlays, and emotional tempo
• Can plan, execute, and deliver without micro-management
• Can handle 3–5 high-quality videos per week consistently
• Bonus: Has worked on wellness, D2C, or influencer brand content

Tools & Skills Needed

• Camera and lighting setup familiarity
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut Pro
• Subtitles, speed cuts, reels formatting, thumbnail design
• Working knowledge of Canva or Lightroom (optional)
