Job Title: Content Producer – Video + Shoot Execution Location: Chennai (Work from Office + On-Site Shoots) Company: Youneek Pro Science Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0-2 years in video production, camera operation, or brand shoots About the Role Youneek Pro Science is seeking a hands-on and highly organized Content Producer who can independently manage and execute brand shoots from start to finish. This includes shooting the content, coordinating with models, finding locations, and ensuring the final output aligns with the brand’s vision. You’ll play a central role in bringing campaign ideas to life through short-form videos, testimonials, influencer content, and reels for Instagram, YouTube, and more. Key Responsibilities: ● Shoot high-quality short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, skincare routines, tutorials, before-after shots) using DSLR or smartphone. ● Find and onboard models relevant to our skincare/haircare content themes. ● Scout and book shoot locations (homes, studios, outdoor spots) that match the brief. ● Direct and guide models during the shoot for natural and effective performance. ● Handle lighting, framing, and audio during shoots to maintain professional quality. ● Coordinate logistics like product props, scripts, outfit planning, and shoot timing. ● Transfer raw footage and work with editors or edit basic reels if needed. ● Maintain a creative library of past shoots, model contacts, and location vendors. Requirements: ● Proven experience in video shooting and content production (portfolio required). ● Strong camera-handling skills (DSLR or high-end smartphone). ● Working knowledge of natural light setups and basic audio. ● Excellent communication and team coordination skills. ● Comfortable managing models and directing performance on set. ● Highly proactive and self-sufficient with a passion for creative storytelling.
