Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms (web, social media, advertising, events, etc.)
Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots.
Handle all aspects of post-production, including color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and video compression.
Organize and maintain video footage and project files.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to improve video quality and engagement.
Ensure brand consistency and storytelling across all video content.
Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required).
Proficiency in video editing software.
Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio capture.
Creative mindset with a strong visual sense and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with social media platforms and video content trends (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc).
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects.
Strong grasp of shooting techniques (angles, lighting, sound).
Ability to edit 5 reels + 1 long-form video per week.
Knowledge of color correction, sound design, and clean transitions.
Fluency in Tamil (for syncing) and working knowledge of English.
Minimum 1 year of professional editing experience.
