Video Production Executive

You will be joining the content production team as a Video Shoot & Editing Executive at Toprankers, India's leading digital counseling and test-prep platform. Your role will involve handling basic video shoots such as interviews, class recordings, and product videos, and editing them using industry standard tools. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality video content across digital platforms. As a Video Shoot & Editing Executive, your key responsibilities will include setting up and operating camera equipment, lights, and audio gear for shoots, coordinating with team members and talent for timely execution, capturing high-quality footage in studio or on-location settings, and performing basic to intermediate video editing tasks such as cutting, transitions, and color correction. You will also be responsible for organizing and backing up video files systematically and ensuring the timely delivery of edited videos as per brief and brand standards. To excel in this role, you should have a basic knowledge of video production and editing processes, familiarity with camera operation (DSLR/Mirrorless), lighting, and sound recording, and proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of After Effects is a bonus). A good sense of visual storytelling, basic color correction skills, the ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail are essential qualities for this position.,
