Role Overview: You will be working as a Video Post-Production Specialist at our Indore office full-time, 5 days a week. As part of the India team, you will utilize your expertise in video editing, sound design, motion graphics, and color correction to contribute to high-quality video production projects. Key Responsibilities: - Edit raw footage to create polished final videos according to project guidelines, ensuring seamless transitions and pacing. - Mix and sync audio tracks with video content to maintain clear sound quality and appropriate audio levels. - Integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and animations to enhance video content, aligning with project specifications and stakeholder feedback. - Collaborate with North American stakeholders to ensure project objectives alignment asynchronously. - Organize video and audio assets, follow proper file naming conventions, and export final videos in various formats for distribution. - Review completed videos for technical quality, consistency, and compliance with platform requirements. - Adjust color balance, exposure, contrast, and other color aspects of video footage to achieve visually consistent results. - Coordinate with team members in different time zones and adapt workflows accordingly. - Utilize Adobe Creative software applications such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, and Frame.io. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in video post-production with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in video and audio editing software. - Strong understanding of video codecs, formats, and compression standards for various platforms like YouTube, social media, and broadcast. - Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, creative thinking, and excellent storytelling skills. - Excellent communication skills, capability to work independently and asynchronously with team members, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability to changing project requirements. - Passion for video production, understanding of current media industry trends, multitasking ability, and working towards multiple project milestones simultaneously. Additional Details: - Preferred Qualifications: Experience with remote project management tools like Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Office Suite. - Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in film, Media Production, Digital Arts, or a related field.
