Video Post-Production Specialist

Role Overview: You will be joining our India team as a Video Post-Production Specialist, showcasing your technical expertise in video editing, sound design, motion graphics, and color correction. Your role will involve collaborating with a dynamic team to contribute to high-quality video production projects. Key Responsibilities: - Edit raw footage to create polished final videos according to project guidelines, ensuring seamless transitions, timing, and pacing. - Edit, mix, and sync audio tracks with video content to maintain clear sound quality and proper audio levels. - Create and integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and animations to enhance video content, following project specifications and stakeholder feedback. - Coordinate with North American stakeholders to align with project objectives asynchronously. - Organize video and audio assets, maintain file naming conventions, and export final videos in various formats for distribution. - Review completed videos for technical quality, consistency, and compliance with platform requirements. - Adjust color balance, exposure, contrast, and other color aspects of video footage to achieve a visually consistent final product. - Collaborate remotely with team members in different time zones, adapting workflows accordingly. - Utilize Adobe Creative software applications such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, and Frame.io. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in video post-production with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in video and audio editing software. - Strong understanding of video codecs, formats, and compression standards for various platforms like YouTube, social media, and broadcast. - Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and excellent storytelling skills. - Strong communication skills to work independently and asynchronously with team members. - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements. - Passion for video production and knowledge of current trends in the media industry. - Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
