JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title : Video Editor Report to: Head - Expansion Role Type : Individual contributor Location : Ithum tower, sector 62, Noida Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce high-quality video content that showcases our properties and enhances our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, motion graphics, and experience working on international projects. Key Responsibilities: Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished videos that effectively communicate our brand message and property highlights. Motion Graphics: Create and integrate motion graphics to enhance video content, including text overlays, animations, and visual effects. Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations. Storyboarding: Develop storyboards and visual concepts for video projects to ensure a clear vision and direction. Project Management: Handle multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. International Projects: Utilize experience with international projects to create content that appeals to a global audience. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing and motion graphics to continuously improve the quality of our content. Qualifications : Bachelors degree. Experience required: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics, preferably in the real estate industry. Experience with international projects is highly desirable. Offering upto 4.80 LPA, based on experience and qualifications Desired Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Expertise in motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects). Strong understanding of video production techniques and best practices. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and project management skills.
