Video Editor & Videographer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor & Videographer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality video content to showcase our real estate projects, property listings, and brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot professional-quality videos of residential and commercial properties, events, and client testimonials.
• Plan, script, and storyboard video concepts in line with marketing objectives.
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and visually appealing videos optimized for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Add motion graphics, music, subtitles, voiceovers, and visual effects where required.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content, reels, walkthroughs, and virtual tours.
• Ensure brand consistency, high production standards, and timely delivery of video projects.
• Maintain and manage video equipment, lighting, and shooting setups.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, editing tools, and digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor & Videographer, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of videography techniques, camera handling, lighting, and audio recording.
• Creative storytelling skills with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of social media trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
• Minimum [1-3 years] of relevant work experience.
• Degree/Diploma in Film Production, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
