As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in bringing creative concepts to life through engaging video content. Your responsibilities will include: - Editing and assembling raw footage into polished video content for various platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Reels, and Ads. - Enhancing video quality by adding music, sound effects, motion graphics, and voiceovers. - Collaborating closely with the marketing and design teams to understand project goals and storytelling needs. - Ensuring consistency in style, branding, and messaging across all video content. - Staying updated with industry trends and implementing new techniques to improve video quality. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. - Basic knowledge of color grading, transitions, and sound design. - Ability to comprehend creative briefs and deliver projects within deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and creative storytelling skills. - A portfolio or demo reel that highlights your previous video editing work, including personal, academic, or freelance projects. While not mandatory, the following skills would be preferred: - Knowledge of basic animation or motion graphics. - Familiarity with social media video trends such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
