Job Description

Edit and produce engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts to boost brand reach and engagement

Collaborate with the creative, social media, and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver content accordingly
Stay updated with trending audio, formats, and styles to keep the content fresh and relevant
Select the best clips, add transitions, effects, captions, and music for maximum impact
Work on color grading, sound balancing, and motion graphics when required
Repurpose long-form content into short, impactful clips
Ensure all videos are brand-aligned, optimized for each platform, and delivered within deadlines
Maintain an organized video archive for future use
Required Skills & Qualifications Proven work experience as a Video Editor (portfolio/reel required)
Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and typography is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Education & Experience Bachelor s degree in Film, Media, Communication, or related field (preferred)
1-3 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in short-form/reels content
