We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our creative team.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in video editing software, storytelling techniques, and post-production processes. You will be responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a polished, finished product ready for distribution across various platforms. A keen eye for detail, a creative mindset, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

: Edit raw footage into cohesive, engaging videos, ensuring proper pacing, storytelling, and visual appeal.
: Manage all aspects of post-production, including color correction, sound editing, and adding special effects or graphics.
: Work closely with producers, directors, content creators, and graphic designers to understand project objectives and ensure videos align with brand guidelines and storytelling goals.
: Create and incorporate motion graphics, titles, and other dynamic elements to enhance video quality (when necessary).
: Synchronize sound and music with video content, ensuring clarity and emotional impact in alignment with the project s theme.
: Organize and maintain an efficient file management system for all video content, ensuring smooth workflows.
: Adjust videos according to feedback from stakeholders, clients, or creative directors, while maintaining the integrity and vision of the original project.
: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos, even under tight deadlines, without compromising on quality.
: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new editing techniques, continuously improving your skills and enhancing the company s video content.

Qualifications & Skills :

: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in video editing, with a portfolio of work showcasing expertise in different styles and formats.
: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or other leading video editing software.
: Strong creative vision, with the ability to tell a compelling story through video editing and post-production techniques.
Technical Expertise : Knowledge of color grading, video compression, audio syncing, and motion graphics.
Attention to Detail : High level of precision in editing to ensure seamless transitions, pacing, and sound synchronization.
Communication Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
