Role Overview: As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in editing videos for various platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and promotional content. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in delivering polished videos that engage the audience. Key Responsibilities: - Edit raw footage into polished videos incorporating sound, music, graphics, and effects. - Trim footage segments to create compelling stories. - Collaborate with the content team to grasp project scope and objectives. - Create both long-form and short-form videos for social media platforms. - Stay abreast of the latest editing trends and tools. - Efficiently manage and organize project files and media assets. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc. - Knowledge of motion graphics and color correction is advantageous. - Showcase creativity and meticulous attention to detail. - Ability to thrive under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - A mandatory portfolio or showreel showcasing your work. Additional Details: The company prefers candidates with bonus skills like knowledge of animation and graphic design, experience with YouTube content or social media video trends, and basic sound design and audio mixing.
