Role & responsibilities Be obsessed with retention on video Craft cinematic edits from podcast interviews, solo talks, demos to reels, and demo walkthroughs Craft long form edits that are smooth to consume Add dynamic intros/outros, text graphics, and logo reveals in After Effects Manage post-production from start to finish Build the visual tone of a category-defining brand Edit long form videos + repurpose them for other social platforms Work directly with the founding team to visualize video content decks, event communications and overall storytelling Edit short-form content (think LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts) to create organic reach Help us build a visual culture of excellence and clarity Preferred candidate profile 1 - 5 years of video editing experience or extraordinary talent with no years on paper Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools A student of cinematic storytelling , fast-paced editing, and emotional arcs Curious about startups, AI, enterprise SaaS or just hungry to learn Obsessive about quality , speed , and honesty in work Perks and Benefits: ESOPs/Equity for the right candidate Work seen by India's most influential CXOs Direct mentorship from content strategists and founders Hybrid setup with full studio access in Noida Fast-track growth into Creative Director roles Culture fitment You understand pros and cons of a small team.
