Video Editor Intern (with 3D & VFX)

What You’ll Do

• Edit reels, promos, after-movies, behind-the-scenes, brand films (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve).
• 3D/VFX: basic to intermediate tracking, roto, cleanups, compositing, and look-dev for titles/packshots.
• Motion: snappy MGX for supers, lower-thirds, transitions (After Effects preferred).
• 3D: build/kitbash simple scenes, product turntables, text/object animations (Blender/C4D).
• Color & Sound: first-pass grade + basic SFX/music cuts that elevate the story.
• Workflow: keep projects tidy (proxies, folders, versioning, exports), deliver on time.
• Collab: work closely with our editorial team.

Must-Haves

• Solid editing sense: pacing, rhythm, story.
• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro or Resolve, After Effects, and Blender or Cinema 4D.
• VFX basics: masking/roto, planar/3D tracking (Mocha/AE/Resolve/Fusion), keying, screen comps.
• Motion chops: type animation, logo stings, HUDs, packshot polish.
• Design eye: framing, typography, color, and taste.
• A portfolio/reel that proves the above (even class/personal projects are fine).

Nice-to-Haves (bonus points)

• Nuke/Fusion, Unreal Engine, Houdini (simple sims), Photogrammetry, Redshift/Octane.
• Set-life experience (DIT, data wrangling, on-ground shoots).
• Still/RAW grading comfort (ACR/Lightroom).

Tools You’ll Likely Touch

Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Blender/C4D, Mocha, Fusion/Nuke (plus), Redshift/Octane (plus), Photoshop/Illustrator, Frame.io.

The Work Environment (no sugar-coating)

• Pace: fast. Deadlines move, clients don’t.
• Bar: high. Pretty is table stakes; impactful is the goal.
• Feedback: direct, frequent, and constructive.

Location & Timing

• On-site: South Delhi (Neofox office).
• Start: ASAP.
• Hours: Standard office hours; flexibility during live projects.

Internship Details

• Duration: 6 months (full time position offer available after the internship).
• Stipend: Competitive (based on skill test + portfolio).
