What's the role

What will be your responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end process of editing performance marketing videos.
• Ideate, produce, and edit UGC-style, animated, and branding related videos for various campaign objectives (Conversion, traffic, leads)
• Adapt content to multiple formats for different platforms - Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, X.
• Incorporate basic motion graphics, effects, music, subtitles, overlays and sound effects to enhance the impact of videos.
• Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times while ensuring high quality.

What's required from you

• Proficiency in adobe Premiere Pro, after Effects, Photoshop.
• Knowing Runway ML, Kling AI or Similar AI platforms is a bonus
• Knowledge of mobile-first video production (Reels, Shorts, TikTok style)
• Basic knowledge about ad specs for: Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Basic understanding of trends and what makes assets perform (CTS, hook, CTA placement, Etc.)
• Copywriting basics and strong visual storytelling instincts.
