Video Editor Intern

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - **Video Editing**: Edit raw footage using storytelling techniques, graphics, and effects to create engaging video content for various platforms like website, social media, and YouTube. - **Post-Production**: Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and synchronization to ensure the final video output meets quality standards and is visually appealing. - **Video Optimisation**: Implement video optimization techniques such as metadata optimization, captions, and annotations to enhance search engine visibility and user engagement. - **Motion Graphics**: Develop and include motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and visual effects to enhance the overall video presentation and maintain brand consistency. - **Stock Footage and Asset Management**: Source appropriate stock footage, images, and sound effects to enrich video content. Manage and organize a library of video assets for future use. - **Collaboration**: Coordinate closely with the video production team, writers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of video projects. Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to meet project requirements. - **Creative Innovation**: Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques, trends, and technologies. Continuously explore innovative ways to enhance video quality, storytelling, and audience engagement. - **Video Publishing**: Prepare and export videos in various formats and sizes for different platforms. Ensure proper video formatting, encoding, and optimization for web and social media channels. Qualifications Required: - Proven proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and Photoshop. As a candidate for this role, you should possess the following attributes: - 1+ years of experience in video editing. - Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Deadline-oriented and goal-driven with excellent problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and good verbal communication skills.
